Chicago real estate developer Mac Properties recently bought Montclair on the Park, a luxury apartment building in St. Louis’ Central West End neighborhood. Mac Properties spent $18 million on the buy.
The apartment building sits at 18 Kingshighway Blvd.
Sterling Equities was the seller in this deal.
