The Northern Ohio chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management named Chris Yagersz, senior real estate manager with the Cleveland office of CBRE, as the 2013 Certified Property Manager of the Year.
This is the second time that Yagersz has won this award. She received the honor in 2009, too.
Yagersz and her team manage several office buildings in the Cleveland and Akron-Canton areas, including 111 Superior, the former Eaton Corporation headquarters building.
