The Manitowoc Company, a global manufacturer of cranes and lifting solutions for the construction industry, will relocate its corporate headquarters to One Park Place in northwest Milwaukee by the end of the first quarter of 2018.
Manitowoc will lease a full floor totaling 16,266 square feet at One Park Plaza, a 199,326-square-foot class-A office building in the Park Place office park. Matt Hunter in CBRE’s Milwaukee office represented Manitowoc, while Alyssa Geisler, also with CBRE, represented the landlord.
Manitowoc is the most recent business to relocate its headquarters to the Park Place Office Park, which contains more than 1.5 million square feet of office space in 24 buildings on Milwaukee’s northwest side along Highway 41. The new headquarters lease at One Park Plaza, in addition to recent commitments from A.O. Smith, Kasdorf Lewis & Swietlik and BMO, has further stabilized the asset.
The Milwaukee office of CBRE is also actively marketing a 460,000-square-foot office portfolio within the Park Place Office Park which does not include the One Park Plaza property.
