Jones Lang LaSalle’s North Suburban Industrial Brokerage Team — Robin Stolberg and Kurt Sarbaugh — recently represented Boston-based Cabot Properties in the sale of a 44,000-square-foot industrial building at 1543 Abbot Drive in Wheeling.
Cabot Properties is a private equity real estate investment firm and an investor, developer and operator of industrial properties throughout North America and in the U.K. including a portfolio of properties totaling more than 5.1 million square feet in the greater Chicago area.
The buyer, Dynomax, a maker of high-precision machined components, was represented by locally based Darwin Realty.
