CBRE recently helped Valeo, a manufacturer dedicated to lowering CO2 emissions from cars, renew the lease on its North American headquarters in Troy, Mich.
This headquarters building houses sales, research and development operations and corporate functions. Randall Allman and Brendan George with CBRE represented the company in its negotiations with its landlord, Westminster Troy, LLC.
Valeo will now remain in the facility’s 103,253 square feet of space. Terms of the multi-year agreement were not disclosed.
Valeo has also installed a 1,600-square-foot technology showroom co-located at the Troy building. The confidential exhibition area has more than 18 displays featuring the latest in smart and intuitive driving; weight and energy efficiency; and CO2 emissions reduction innovations for Original Equipment Manufacturer customers.
