Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of two apartment buildings totaling 12 units located in Bellwood, Illinois.
Andrean Angelov, Ryan D. Engle, and Samuel M. Antreasian had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Angelov, Engle, and Antreasian.
The two buildings are located at 3506 and 3508 Warren Avenue in Bellwood, Illinois. The properties contain nine two-bedroom, and three one-bedroom units and were fully occupied at the time of the sale.
