Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of an 18-unit apartment property located at 620 Bellwood Avenue in Bellwood, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, Ryan D. Engle, senior vice president investments and Samuel M. Antreasian, an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Engle and Angelov also represented the buyer.
The property is comprised of 14 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units and four two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The property features ample off-street parking, one storage space per unit and an on-site laundry facility. The Bellwood Metra station is located approximately one mile north of the property and Pace Bus stops are located less that a block north of the building.
