Marcus & Millichap announced today the sale of a Dunkin’ Anchored Center, a11,010-square foot multi-retail property located in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The asset sold for $3,600,000.
Sean Sharko, senior managing director investments, Austin Weisenbeck, senior managing director investments of Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Chicagoland-based limited liability company. The buyer, a local private investor, was secured and represented by Sharko and Weisenbeck. The deal closed at 97% of its list price with multiple offers procured in a competitive bidding situation.
The Dunkin’ Anchored Center is located at 200 West Northwest Highway in Mount Prospect, Illinois and is situated 0.3 miles from The Mount Prospect Metra Station and directly in front of station’s 457 spot parking. Surrounding the property is an attractive and affluent demographic as well as many new luxury multi-family developments. The center is 100% leased with a drive-thru and in-line tenants average only $20 per square foot in rent.
