Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of La Quinta Inn, a 130-room hospitality property located in Willowbrook, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Ebrahim Valliani, vice president investments, Allan Miller, senior vice president investments and Chris Gomes, senior managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook, Austin and Dallas offices, represented the buyer, a private investor.
The La Quinta Inn is located at 855 79th Street, off Interstate 55 and about 30 minutes west of Chicago in DuPage County. The three-story property has 130 guest rooms and was built in 1987. The operational upside is for a more hands-on owner/operator to increase revenue and NOI.
