McDonald’s Ground Lease is operating under a brand new 20 year absolute net-lease with eight, five-year option periods. There are 10 percent rental increases every five years. The lease is corporately guaranteed by McDonald’s USA, LLC a subsidiary of McDonald’s Corporation.
