Marcus & Millichap brokered the $11.1 million sale of Orchard Estates, a 156-unit apartment building in south suburban Alsip, Illinois.
The transaction was handled by Ryan D. Engle, first vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap, on behalf of the buyer and seller.
The property, located at 4600 W. 122nd St., comprises six three-story buildings on a 6.2-acre lot. The community includes 72 one-bedroom apartments and 84 two-bedroom units that together were 96 percent occupied at the time of sale.
