Dan Bowar, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Lake Country Apartments LLC, and procured the buyer, an Illinois-based investor.
Lake Country Apartments is situated on five acres at 23920 Nyberg Rd. in Siren. Built in 2023, the property includes 24 one- and two-bedroom apartments across 18,768 rentable square feet, along with three detached garage buildings with enclosed parking stalls. The buyer plans to implement professional management to further enhance the tenant experience and is evaluating the potential development of an additional 16 units included with the property.
