Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 38-room AmericInn hotel property in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota.
Jon Ruzicka, Joseph Ferguson and Reed Gizinski, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
The AmericInn Sleepy Eye is located at 1100 Main St. E, directly connected to the city-owned Sleepy Eye Events Center. Built in 1990 and situated on 1.76 acres, amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, business center and complimentary breakfast. The hotel was fully renovated and rebranded in 2017, with a new roof added in 2024.
