Adam Gould has joined the Detroit office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation as associate director.
Before joining the company, Gould worked as vice president with Equiventure Capital in New York City, where he arranged financing for shopping centers, healthcare facilities and multi-family properties. Before that, he served as a vice president with United Financial in Naperville, Ill.
