Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 113-room Holiday Inn Express property in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
Jon Ruzicka, Joseph Ferguson and Reed Gizinski, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
The Holiday Inn Express, located at 4322 Clearwater Road, was built in 1999 and sits on 3.09 acres. Positioned just off Interstate 94, the 113-room hotel is 5.6 miles from St. Cloud Regional Airport.
