Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of a 2.98-acre plot of land in Westchester, Illinois. The asset sold for $1.8 million.
Richard Kozarits, senior associate; Tammy Saia, first vice president; and Tami Andrew, associate, all investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a government agency, was secured and represented by Kozarits.
The Westchester retail re-development is located at 1107 S. Mannheim Road in Westchester. After multiple offers, the land was sold to the Village of Westchester to provide a larger redevelopment site to include the contiguous current Village Hall property.
