Chris Collins and Evan Miller, First Vice Presidents in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured by Collins and Miller, too.
The Highlands is located at 2015 27th St SE in St. Cloud. The property was constructed in 2003 and is a part of the LIHTC Section 42 program. The property features an outdoor pool, underground parking, a playground, and a community room for tenants. The property garnished multiple offers during the bidding process.
