Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of the 140-room Hotel RL Cleveland Airport West in North Olmsted, Ohio.
The property will undergo a full renovation and be converted into a Holiday Inn by IHG in the coming months.
Ebrahim Valliani, senior vice president, and Michael Gantman, associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Chicago Downtown offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller and Chris Gomes of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team. Michael Glass is Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Ohio.
Hotel RL Cleveland Airport West is located on 2.71 acres at 25070 Country Club Blvd. Built in 1989, the six-story hotel offers amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center, airport shuttle, and 3,525 square feet of meeting and event space. The property is just off Interstate 480 and less than 10 miles from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
