Thomas Dickinson, Danny Cunningham and Brandon Karr, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Wilmer Storage LLC, and procured the buyer, Momentum Wealth Fund.
StorageHome is a 29,800 rentable-square-foot self-storage facility located at 407 Thorne St. Built in 1979 and expanded in 2007, the property consists of 192 non-climate-controlled, drive-up units across 26 single-story buildings situated on approximately 3.4 acres spanning two parcels along Interstate 45.
