Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Synott Flex Retail Center, a 29,400-square-foot retail center in Sugar Land, Texas.
Philip Levy, Allie Munday and Adam Abushagur, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, also a private investor, was procured by Levy and Munday.
Located at 10555 Synott Road, the retail center comprises three buildings on 2.35 acres. Built in 2024, the property is fully leased to seven tenants, including a tire shop, smoke shop and other local businesses.
