Marcus & Millichap recently brokered the sale of Hoffman and Hibernia Apartments, a 34-unit apartment property in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The property sold for $2.45 million.
David Tarnoff, senior vice president, Patrick Suffield, senior associate, and Yianni Mouflouzelis, associate, all investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor.
The buyer, a private investor based in Wisconsin, was also secured and represented by Tarnoff, Suffield and Mouflouzelis. Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Hoffman and Hibernia Apartments is located at 401-409 N. Broadway in Green Bay. The unit mix consists of 12 studios and 22 one-bedroom units.
