Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 100 Chaddick Drive, a 72,000-square-foot industrial property in Wheeling, Illinois, for $5.578 million.
Peter Doughty, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private owner, and procured the buyer, a private out-of-state investor.
Built in 1990, the property is situated on 3.98 acres and offers strong regional connectivity just four miles from a full I-294 interchange. Its location in Cook County provides convenient access to a broad and diverse labor pool.
