The 10,582-square-foot asset has 300 feet of frontage along U.S. Highway 41, with daily traffic counts exceeding 39,391 vehicles per day. Built in 2006, the property is in a prominent retail corridor with nearby retailers including Walmart, ALDI and Lowe’s.
