Marcus & Millichap facilitated the sale of Express Oil Change, a 5,170-square-foot net-leased auto service center in Ooltewah, Tennessee. The asset sold at full list price, for more than $3.19 million.
The buyer, a Nashville-based limited liability company, was secured and exclusively represented by Dominic Sulo, senior vice president, and Benjamin Bach, associate, investment specialists in The Sulo Group at Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office.

Express Oil Change is located at 5921 Reagan Lane in Ooltewah, less than half a mile from Interstate-75. The property was constructed in 2021, and the tenant has more than 14 years remaining on a 15-year absolute triple-net lease to remain at the site through 2036.
