Marcus & Millichap‘s Milwaukee office recently helped a private client close the sale of the 36,000-square-foot Shopko Hometown retail building in Stanley, Wis.
Jeff Rowlett and Jason Ladner with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor, sell the building to another private investor for a sales price of $2.8 million.
