Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently helped close the sale of Meijer Shops of Carmel, a 10,608-square-foot retail property located in Carmel, Ind.
The asset commanded a sales price of $3.25 million, or $306 a square foot.
Jordan Klink and Kahlil Barnard, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, TERRE Carmel East, LLC. The buyer, Carmel Pointe, LLC, was also sourced and secured by Klink and Barnard.
