Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has been selected to exclusively list the Lisle Executive Center, a six-story office building in Lisle. The asset has an offering price of $19 million.
John Abuja, a vice president investments and a senior director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Office and Industrial Properties Group (NOIPG), and Jason St. John, an associate and member of the NOIPG, both in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, are representing the seller, a Chicago-based real estate investment manager.
The 150,036-square foot property is located at 3030 Warrenville Road in Lisle, just off Interstate 88. Major tenants include Hapag-Lloyd America (27 percent), one of the largest shipping line/logistics companies in the world, which recently extended the entire fifth floor through April 2021; Intrado (14 percent), a provider of emergency telecommunications, leased through August 2020; and ExteNet Systems (10 percent), a telecommunications infrastructure company leased through May 2019. Ineos and the investment company Ameriprise Financial round out the list of tenants.
Lisle Executive Center is connected to a full-service hotel, the Wyndham Lisle, which offers tenants Class A amenities such as an on-site restaurant, banking, a large fitness center, a convenience store, a large conference room and an auditorium theater. The property was awarded an Energy Star label in 2010 and recognized in 2011 for its operating efficiency.
