Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services helped close the sale of Bon Aire Apartments, a 48-unit apartment community located in Merrillville, Ind.
The sales price was not disclosed.
Michael Wernke, a vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, handled the sale. A local limited liability company purchased the property.
Bon Aire includes four studios, 20 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom apartments.
