Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Sunrise Apartments, an 18-unit apartment property in Alexandria, Minnesota. The asset sold for $895,000.
Chris Collins, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Collins.
Sunrise Apartments is located at 1616 7th Ave. E in Alexandria. Sunrise East was built in 1995 and features 13 two-bedroom units and five three-bedroom units. The property was fully occupied at time of sale.
