Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold Colonial Manor Apartments, a 24-unit apartment property located in Fridley, Minn. The property sold for $1.25 million.
Dan Linnell, Evan Miller and Josh Talberg, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership.
The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office.
