Marcus & Millichap sells 38,000-square-foot hotel in Wisconsin

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Quality Inn & Suites East Troy, a 38,660-square-foot hospitality property in East Troy, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $2.749 million.

Ebrahim Valliani, vice president of investments; John Yurich, associate; Allan Miller, senior vice president investments; and Chris Gomes, senior managing director of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Valliani, Yurich, Miller and Gomes. Todd Lindblom assisted on the transaction as the broker of record in Marcus & Millichap’s Wisconsin office.

Quality Inn & Suites East Troy is located at 2921 O’Leary Lane in East Troy just off Interstate-43 and Highway-20. The hotel is 20 miles from Lake Geneva, 35 Miles from Milwaukee and 90 Miles from Chicago.
