Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of the SmarteCarte headquarters, a 55,784-square-foot office/warehouse property in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The asset sold for $3.7 million.
Michael Ahles, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a family partnership. The buyer, a local investment firm, was also secured by Ahles.
SmarteCarte is located at 4455 White Bear Parkway in White Bear Lake.
