Justin J. Fenn and Dan Yozwiak, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was also secured by Yozwiak and Fenn.
Luce, a restaurant, is located at 3499 Market Street in Powell.
