Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 611,564-square-foot OHL distribution center in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The $16 million sales prices comes out to $26 a square foot.
“The OHL distribution center is strategically located and new ownership benefits from scheduled annual rental increases and the stability a strong tenant offers,” said Jeff Rowlett, a Marcus & Millichap vice president of investments in Milwaukee.
Rowlett, along with Joe Powers, a Marcus & Millichap senior associate in Milwaukee, represented the seller, a Madison-based private investor group, and procured the buyer, a Fox Valley-based group of private investors.
Built in 1977, the facility sits on 23.8 acres.
