Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of Family Dollar, a 10,253-square-foot net-leased property located in Manistique, Mich. The asset commanded a sales price of $437,500.
Adam “AJ” Prins and Matthew Hazelton, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Prins and Hazelton.
