Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold a 165,000-square-foot Kmart in Fremont, Ohio.
The property sold for $4.15 million.
Chris Thomson, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Rick O’Connor, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office.
