Marcus & Millichap recently sold the single-tenant net-leased Marsh Grocery Store, a 21,778-square-foot shop in New Palestine, Ind.
The shop sold for $5.44 million.
Jordan Klink, vice president of investment in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an Indiana corporation. The buyer was a 1031 exchange private investor from Hacienda Heights, Calif.
