Marcus & Millichap of Milwaukee recently represented a private client in the sale of a 2,250-square-foot Pizza Hut restaurant in Port Washington, Wis.
Jeff Rowlett and Jason Ladner from Marcus & Millichap represented the property owner, 1021 Wisconsin LLC, an entity owned by a Wisconsin-based real estate investment firm. A private investor based in Las Vegas purchased the asset.
The sales price was $667,500, representing an 8 percent capitalization rate.
