Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold 7615 18th Avenue South, a seven-unit apartment property in Richfield, Minn.
The asset commanded a sales price of $326,500.
Josh Talberg, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Talberg also secured and represented the buyer, also a private investor.
