Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Shopko Hometown, a 42,531-square-foot net-leased property located in New Hampton, Iowa. The store sold for $1.625 million.
Adam “AJ” Prins, Matt Hazelton and Mike Marzinske, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Prins, Hazelton and Marzinske. Barry A’Hearn, broker in Iowa, assisted in closing this transaction.
