Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of a Starbucks-anchored retail center in Milwaukee.
The 8,498-square-foot retail center sold for more than $1.9 million.
Jason Ladner and Jeff Rowlett, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Michael Ahles, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s MIlwaukee office.
The retail center is 84 percent occupied by Starbucks, Sally Beauty Supply, Subway and Wingstop.
