Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold Secure Storage, a 15,920-square-foot self-storage facility property located in Edinburgh, Ind., according to Josh Caruana, regional manager of the firm’s Indianapolis office. The asset commanded a sales price of $350,000.

Mickey Hurley, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Secure Storage LLC.  The buyer, M&L Storage LLC, was also secured and represented by Mickey Hurley.
