Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently helped close the sale of a 6,600-square-foot Tires Plus net-leased property located in Carmel, Ind.
The asset sold for more than $2.1 million.
John Glass and Bryan Webb, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Brian Parmacek, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago office.
