Martin Commercial Properties recently sold 600 Dart Road in Mason, Michigan. Thomas Jamieson of Martin Commercial represented the sellers, while Nicole DeMarco and Eric Rosekrans of Martin Commercial represented the purchasers.
The 30,000-square-foot property, situated on 17.55-acres, was the former headquarters of Dart Energy Corporation. What originated as a listing assignment resulted in dual representation.
The new owner, DBT Institute of Michigan, has engaged Martin Property Development to assist in project management for the build-out of its new space.
With the change of ownership, the address of the property will be listed at 2950 W. Howell Road.
