Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has opened a new office in Nashville, Tennessee. Building on the company’s success in other parts of the nation, including California, Texas, Ohio and Georgia, the new office is now open for business.
The Nashville office is located at 150 3rd Ave. South, Suite 1420, Nashville, Tennessee 37201.
“This is the fourth location Matthews has opened in major markets across the United States, in the last 12 months alone. I am incredibly excited for the new office opening in Nashville. It demonstrates our commitment to growing and expanding across the nation,” said Chairman and CEO Kyle Matthews.
The strategic location of the new office will enable Matthews to better serve the Eastern United States with an additional focus within the Southern Eastern U.S. market.
“Our expansion into Nashville, will enhance our ability to provide superior services to our clients located in Tennessee and surrounding markets, as well as the greater Eastern United States. We have numerous repeat clients in the region whom we presently do a significant amount of business with, therefore opening an office in Nashville was a natural next step for us,” commented Chief Operating Officer Duerk Brewer. “This next phase of expansion deliberately aligns with our goal of providing our clients with the best and most personalized service that the commercial real estate sector has to offer and bringing that service directly to their doorstep.”
Keeping in line with the firm’s aggressive growth strategy, Matthews will continue its national expansion with plans to further develop the company’s presence in the Southeast, Midwest and Western U.S. as the next phase of growth. Kyle Matthews will be personally spearheading the Eastern U.S. expansion. The company increased its existing presence in Georgia, Texas, and California and is planning to enter the Arizona market with a new office location in Phoenix slated to open in the Spring of 2020.
