Matthews Real Estate Investment Services hired Patrick Forkin as first vice president.
Based out of the Matthews Chicago office, Forkin specializes in retail investment properties throughout the Chicago area and the greater Midwest.
Forkin brings 16 years of commercial real estate experience working alongside developers, syndicators, institutions, private investors, and high-net-worth individuals. Throughout his career, Forkin has handled or advised on aggregated sales north of $1.6 billion, encompassing more than 300 transactions across 17 states.
Since opening in late 2021, the Matthews Chicago office has established itself as a powerhouse in CRE, tripling in agent count over the past year. Market Leader Ian Luscombe is excited to further expand the division with an experienced, proven agent.
