MB Real Estate announced that Michael Lincoln has joined MBRE Healthcare as senior vice president based in the Chicago office.
In this role, Lincoln will join colleague Todd Poccolo in leading the company’s new business development and strategic client management activities.
With more than 27 years of client management and new business development experience, Lincoln has significant transaction origination experience within the financial services, healthcare and real estate sectors. Prior to joining MBRE Healthcare, he was a vice president with Lillibridge Healthcare Services, a subsidiary of Ventas, Inc. He was also a founding member and managing director of General Electric’s Healthcare Financial Services Strategic Relationship Group in Chicago, and previously spent 10 years at Bank of America. Lincoln began his career as a marketing representative for Baxter Healthcare.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Lincoln is also a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association’s First Illinois Chapter and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mike has been a frequent speaker and contributor to industry organizations such as Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the HFMA.
