McShane completed construction of Album Indian Lake in the Indian Lake Village in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
The community offers 138 units for adults 55 and up along with resort-style amenities that promote an active lifestyle. The community is Avenida’s 12th and the second between McShane and Avenida.
Each unit incorporates high-end features, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, designer lighting, luxury vinyl tile and plush carpet flooring and tile backsplashes. The units feature spacious one and two-bedroom floor plans.
Residents also have more than 6,000 square feet of interior amenity space within a detached clubhouse that features a media and game lounge, creative arts studio, great room with bistro and fitness studio. Exterior amenities include a resort-style swimming pool and deck, grilling stations with dining areas, fire pit with lounge seating, yoga lawn, pickleball court and game lawn, raised community gardens and pet park. The site also offers private garages, carports and electric vehicle charging stations.
Situated on a five-acre site, the three-story wood frame building features a façade of brick and Hardie panels.
