McShane Construction Company has been awarded the 304-unit Springs at May Lakes multi-family apartment complex on behalf of national developer and longtime client Continental Properties. The luxury rental development is now under construction on a 40-acre site at 9900 S. May Ave. in Oklahoma City, Okla.
The site features three existing lakes that will serve as a backdrop for the high-end residential property.
McShane Construction broke ground in September of the 363,825-square-foot Springs at May Lakes. The project will consist of 14 residential buildings in a two-story, garden-style format.
