Automated Health Systems Inc., an administrator of Medicaid benefits for state and local governments, has signed a long-term extension of its 25,030-square-foot lease at Woodfield Financial Center in Schaumburg.
Rick Benoy, senior vice president in the Suburban Landlord Leasing group at Jones Lang LaSalle, completed the transaction on behalf of the building ownership, Chicago-based Fulcrum Asset Advisors LLC. Max Chopovsky of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, which has occupied the entire sixth floor of the building since 2006.
Located at the southwest corner of Woodfield and Meacham roads, just one block from Woodfield Mall, Woodfield Financial Center provides easy access to all the amenities of the surrounding area.
The seven-story, 183,000-square-foot building is approximately 82 percent leased.
